OK, but bear in mind that it has not been a secret that companies have been granting stock options to their employees.

It's really amazing that the government is talking about raising taxes during a period of economic weakness.

BTW, I think you meant to say that the lowering of reported earnings would RAISE the P/E, not lower it.

Do you have a link for fair value of SPX under the Fed model?
