Paul: Its relationships, no? Qualcomm has long relied on IBM as a "foundry" and that might, just might, influence its choice vs BEA. Again, curious how BEA can possibly be a "gorilla" with IBM very much in its markets - or is there some reason why we should ignore IBM since it is so big and so diversified. Best. Cha2
