Hi, ikj (long time no talk--at since the post Q' luncheon upstairs in San Diego, circa March 2000--a looonnngg time)

Without looking at the report, I suspect that "Accumulated deficit" is the opposite of Retained Earnings and represents the cumulative losses incurred by WIND, net of periods when it reported net earnings.
