Hello,

Yes, I also have an E-trade story. I think the botton line is they
just ignore you. Then they force you to make the next move by going to
Abitration. But abritration will cost you money for filling fee's,
Etc. I just got my paperwork from the NASD people to begin my filing.

May want to talk to a lawyer first, let me know what happens.
