Apparently as discussed in the past you pay no attention to financial statements because you don't understand them. Now it seems that you also have a problem with a simple statement.

You say:
"On March 15, 2002 , the Company entered into a debt agreement with Varity Global, Inc., whereby the Company would receive $80,000 in cash See? "Would receive", not "did receive"."

I say:
That's right and they did receive it prior to 3-31-02. You are stretching.
