Hi Ben,

I don't think we have to be too concerned with DAK getting
delisted ( famous last words? ;-) ) They've been around since
'87 and have kept their nose clean in regards to meeting the
listing requirements. I'm not sure on the 3 month time frame to
file the quarterlies. FWIW, DAK is listed in the Canadian Mines
Handbook but then, so are a lot of other dogs. Gil Hegel is a
past prez. I just did a participant search over on Stockwatch
and a familiar name popped up as being involved in a pp
done 97-03. I'll try a private e-mail invitation to see if he'll join
us over here and share his opinions on the current situation.
