IC fabs are almost impossible to re start up, and transferring the technology is very difficult. If you lose key people, it's like trying to re assemble a jigsaw puzzle blindfold (after its been dis-assembled, the pieces mixed up, and fed through a shredder).

Glad to hear biz has picked up a little though.
