the frog wore a top hat, tails, spats and twirled a walking stick I have a color-pencil drawing from grade school of a character that was dressed and accessorized in that manner, except that it was Jiminy Cricket and he had a red umbrella instead of a walking stick. I'm guessing your frog was the one that went a-courtin'? That fella and the a-courtin' song were included in my grade school's annual operetta. It may be the year that I was featured in the role of a tree .. a very stationary one, undoubtedly, given my two left feet.
