I agree with Fleck. If one can find a large cap company with a reasonable debt load, high quality debt (AAA), good cash flow and trading at a discount to intrinsic value it should be a good buy. Not very many of these critters out there. <g> If one finds this kind of an opportunity I think it is prudent to do conversion spreads since this market could tank and take everything with it. Tough environment.
