Andrew, I was hoping you would say that. That's maybe $13 million - assuming $150 per sq ft. Reasonable? Probably more, what with the extra pipes and wiring for the labs. More and more I feel Ligand knows quite a bit they are not telling investors. In general, I consider building of new facilities a good sign. Here we would need to ask if the new buildings are larger than the old ones, are replacements or additions. And how do they propose to pay for the buildings? GM Since the ad is from the paper, I can't reference a link. The architect - Ehrlich-Rominger - doesn't seem to have a web site by that name.
