All right, all right, so they got a little overenthusiastic. At least they're going in the right direction. Maybe.

If a Democratic administration had produced some of the spending that this one has signed off on or made those trade decisions, there would be hell to pay. Money for schools to teach abstinence only or for marriage training for welfare couples. I don't see how that is less horrific than money for schools to teach diversity or self esteem.

They said that only Nixon could have gone to China...
