I'm sure Shelby has plenty of access to what the Administration knew and he doesn't make lightly the implications of it. The Administration is doing their damnest to put it as a partisan issue. And Cheney is issuing 'warnings'...which sounds pretty much like a threat. The way this Administration has treated Congress, perhaps they'll try to abolish it. ... Did you notice that the Administration was complaining on the Free Trade authority legislation that Congress wanted to maintain a veto authority over sections of a trade agreement that were in violation of Congressional law? Amazing gall. jttmab
