"To All Valued Shareholders"

As a shareholder, I received a letter today from the Company with the following text:

"We are a far stronger company today than we have ever been. Our volume and sell-thrus are up. Our distribution is strong. We are profitable and have been for every quarter of our existence. Our quality is excellent. Our shipments are on time. Our backlog is solid.

I would like to also announce that we have signed a new agreement with Everlast Headquarters to add the women's bathing suit category to our current properties. This agreement extends through the year 2012 and we are very excited about it.

As a major shareholder in the company, I too am very concerned about the recent drop in our stock price. We at AAG are investigating this situation. I personally have never sold one share of my stock and continue to believe very strongly in the future of this company.

Sincerely yours,

George O. Horowitz
Chairman, CEO & President"

I do not vouch for my typing skills, so check with the Company and do not rely on the text above.
