So INSP announces that Jain and other top managers are suspending the prearranged stock sales that they have been committed to. I don't think, given the track record of questionable dealings by insiders (Jain) he would advise his crew now to stop selling [It is my belief that the fact Both Jain and others decided at the same time to quit the sells, it must have been decided corporately.] if there was to me any major positive news story coming out of this annual meeting on Monday.
