Re: The JCS...whackos, complete and total whackos. A good reason to have a civilian leadership. Except for perhaps this Administration, which seems to think that it's ok to fabricate that Cuba is transferring bio-tech warfare to rogue nations. They would have fit right in with the 1962 JCS.

BTW: there's a slight problem with the URL to GW site, the correct URL should be: gwu.edu
