KIS, Sounds interesting. Just as an example, I see QCOM around 32.5. Do you use the near-term options, or further out?

June 35 calls = 1.4
June 30 puts = 1.5

Say one was to do 10 contracts of each for a cost of 1400 + 1500 + about 72 round trip commision = $2972.

In order to get to $3 on one side, it'd probably take a quick $2-$3 move. If you got it, would you actually sell then, or wait for $5-6? It seems selling for $3 would mean a very small gain, albeit safe.

I'll be thinking about BRCM next (g).

Thanks for your comments.

Jeff
