Sue seems to champion the operational effeciencies of the Cricket product and markets. Constant refinement of operational costs, etc. All of which seems to evaporate at the the Corporate level! I am starting to think that maybe Sue needs to put in charge to do some spring cleaning at the Corporate level. I mean 16 million in G/A per month for 1.39 million subs with an Average ARPU of $38 vs. 2.1 million G/A per month for 550,000 subs with an ARPU of $60 for Airgate. G/A percentage of billed ARPU LWIN ~35% Airgate ~7% I was more disappointed by the continued G/A expense column, than the subsidy/fraud reported. Regarding 6 good markets! Well, I don't know how to interpret this. What's a market? Is Lansing a seperate market, or is it combined with Flint? Same goes for Utica. Seperate Market? Or combined with Syracuse. Is Rochester and Buffalo one market or two. But, beyond that. It appears that given the current Corporate Cost structure, that the number of markets that are sutiable for Cricket service is much smaller than once envisioned. On another note. Someone asked about the possibility of franchising Cricket to other operators. Harvey said that they had been approached by other operators about this possibility! PCSTEL
