I believe the market understands most of the issues. The fact remains that it will take another quarter to see earnings that reflect this quarters changes.

Earnings are going to be bad. I doubt the price will move much as everyone knows earnings will be bad. Restructuring charges and no channel stuffing.

It will be hard to tell what is going on with revenues since the rules have changed.

Many investors are waiting for all the bad news to come in before they bet their money on the good news. However, I do believe this will be the last month that NOVL will be available at these prices.

We start next quarter with no bills, money in the bank, new partners, honest inventory levels, new products, a good CEO and the worst of the bad management is pursuing other interests. With the exception of money in the bank all these changes have taken place in the last 3 months. For a company that has been going downhill for years to do so much in so short a time is incredible.

The analysts won't change their tune until they see earnings that make them look bad.
