The Isra-Elis and their lackeys like to use the backwardness of the Third World to justify their actions. Do the Isra-Elis want the Palestinians to succeed or is this another smoke screen to keep the situation on hold while they continue to work their magic of settlement building, siphoning of the water table, and restricting building permits?

Anyone ask why Isra-El has no Constitution?
