Ibexx, I had few questions about MSFT. I couldn't find the answers and if you are anyone else can provide the data it would be very helpful. Some time ago I read that MSFT has outstanding employee options for about 300 mil shares. Does anyone know the rate at which MSFT issues stock options ? Does anyone know the average exercise price of the outstanding options ? Thanks, Suresh Edit: I found the answer for outstanding options looking at 10Q .. it is 115 mil. It seems they issue approx 23 mil/year. However, I could not find the answer for average exercise price for these options.
