... and regarding Standard & Poor's new use of what they call "core earnings" ... the single best development on Wall Street in a long time in my opinion ... and S&P has the influence, control and power to make it stick ... S&P just preempted both the SEC and congress ... good for them ... 'hope they are successful ... ... although it is going to make earnings comparisons going forward more difficult, especially for technology stocks ... Ken Wilson
