I agree and really think that if you increase prices a bit it won't affect how many folks come -- everyone is doing it (raising prices) and the bubble has made a lot of folks very lazy -- they like to dine out. I think it will be one of the last things folks cut back on -- I know that is irrational -- but there you are ... bubbles aren't rational.
