I don't recall in my memory such a change of tune in Japanese official government statements regarding their state of economy. The fact itself of imposing tariffs as retaliation might be only symbolic, but with Europe on the other side the whole idea of globalisation on which an American investor dreamland was built is starting to sink. Would be interesting to observe investors on the islands discovering their own treasury where the valuations are in much better proportions and prospects for the future growth doesn't look anymore worse than in US. You very welcome.
