Seen the news. Now there are a lot a shares out there and a big earnings hill to climb to get anywhere near the valuation this stock had when I got in. If they are going to make a run at it, management has to learn one thing, I think. (If they don't listen, I hope the new board members will replace them all with adults). The request is to stop the griping and moaning about Doc Rosen and get on with building a solid waste company that takes full advantage of the remodelling techniques. Rosen had ideas, contacts and enthusiasm (if imperfect business judgement). Maybe there are some things they could learn from him. I also hope they'll stop wasting time and money trying to proctect themselves from outside threats to their positions as with the proxy war over Board member terms. Truth is I don't care about their grudges any more. I want management to perform, or I want them replaced. I think the old shareholders are owed more than anti-Rosen tirades. In fact, I'm glad the management failed to win the proxy fight. Maybe the new board members can force the company to look forward. Allan.
