More and more I'm finding that they are both bad. Steel tariffs and farm subsidies. Not calling Arafat a terrorist and persisting with the double standards on terrorism as Israel and India reel from the latest terrorist attacks. Whatever happened to Bush's moral clarity. He had it for a brief moment in time and then he lost it. The Democrats are no better. They are so concerned with politicizing everything that they focus the media's attention on Bush photographs and blame him for not having a crystal ball to predict the 9/11 attacks. In addition, they use 20/20 hindsight to bolster their criticism of him, while weaking his power to stop future terrorist attacks, by ensuring that his attention is divided between a political battle and the war against terrorism. What a big joke our democracy has become. At what point do the American people get tired of this shit and demand reform? Our government is outdated. We have the technological means and the population has the education to allow for the abolition of the electorate and move towards a true democracy. Maybe in that way we can start having a say in what our government does.
