ild, Jimmy Rogers has been negative on Russia all along as their stock market has gone up "huge". As I recall his issues with the country is the infrastructure among other things. There probably is a good write up on his site evaluating Russian. Jimmy noted this weekend he was selling his US stock holding in May. Joan
