While pessimism is in my nature, I really want UBET to win. However, i believe that its net is hairthin despite its growing handle. I agree that Marshall seems to have reduced expenses drastically (though I noticed a full-page ad for UBET in Saturday's DRF which can be excused since circulation goes up on the Triple Crown and Breeders Cup days).

I read last week's 10Q and perhaps you can explain--I'm generally lost in reading financial reports--the following paragraph:

"Executive Officer and seven other investors. Both principal and all interest accrued on these Notes will be payable at the earlier of a) one-year from the date of issuance, or b) upon the Company's completion of funding in an amount greater than two million dollars ($2,000,000), excluding the Notes, in any ninety-day period prior to the maturity of the Note. In connection with issuance of the Notes, the Company issued five-year warrants to purchase 750,000 shares of the Company's common stock at an exercise price of $0.50 per share."

Does that means what I think it says?
