Tar extract with UV seems to work invariably, too bad it is such a mess and too bad areas not affected by psoriasis could, unfortunately, have a slight tendency of developing basal cell carcinoma. I have been talking to few people to exploit these facts (and have developed the technology that can alleviate the "mess" problem as well as the collateral damage), but until I find someone willing to launch that business, it will have to wait. I have done my "time" in corporate America and have no interest in launching another start up, certainly not by myself (vbg). It is too "consuming" for a retired executive.
