and who was Jimmy the Greek

First cousin to Zorba?
I think they were a trapeze act.
Zorba, Jimmy, Helen (who hailed from a suburb of Troy) and Little George.
The Greek Gliders.
Men on the Trojan Trapeze
The Hellenic Highfliers

Unfortunately Helen had a weakness for marinated calamata olives and carelessly neglected to wash her hands one day after consuming a large quantity. She slid from Zorba's grasp during their most famous stunt,a triple layout somersault with a twist of lemon, performed netless.

To this day, the stunt (now known as the Icharus) has never been performed again, the boys having refused to share the Grecian formula.

Terrible tragedy.
The boys were never the same. Zorba retired to become a movie, Jimmy vowed never to leave the ground again and became a sports announcer, and George, well shhhhh-- he's over there in the corner and wants to remain anonymous. I heard he turned sorrow to profit, developing a tasty oilfree calamata, though he has never once tasted his own product. I weep.
