Joan,
Forgot to mention this was on top of an increase last year and the statistics I quoted covered a four county area, not just our local school district.

My property taxes are reasonable, in the sense that they have increased at about the official rate of inflation since I have lived here. Looks like they will be catching up to the TRUE rate of inflation over the next few years though.

I may have to check out nspolar's neighborhood, ggg.
