Yes. But the pattern always reeked of manipulation. A friend who worked for them made out well in the CASH fund pre-1996. He made approx 1/3 Million playing the regular 6 week leadup to the qtrly announcement. If only it were that regular today. The only effect I've noticed since then is the annual crater they leave in the shareholder's portfolio. We took to calling them Crater Associates, among other things.
