BMW Re.. But it still seems that some people have trouble believing that AMD is behind schedule at all on their product releases.

It isn't that I don't believe AMD's schedule has slipped. It is that I really don't care all that much right now. Who's schedule hasn't slipped. Surely you aren't trying to tell us Intel's hasn't. Which man. hasn't had troubles going to 13 um. They all have, including your sacred Intel. Intel in fact, with all of their new fabs, and process tech. etc. seems to be having a hard time producing P4 above 2.2 ghz, even though I have heard for a yr. about 10 ghz possibilities. The simple fact is that AMD seems to be putting all of their talent into Hammer, and that is where I want them too; because that is where I believe their future is. Right now, with the depression going on in tech, it is more important that AMD is ready with Hammer to catch the rally, when it comes. Why worry about an interim chip, when the future looks so promising? Isn't that what we do when we invest in stocks? Invest in the future?
