9:15AM: Pre-market bias remains negative but there has been some improvement in recent trade in the wake of the positive guidance from National Semi (NSM). Currently the S&P 500 futures are 4.2 points below fair value, the Nasdaq 100 futures are 11 points below fair value while the Nasdaq 100 PMI is off 11.2 points. Pacific Crest has also provided some positives as they raised their price target for Cisco (CSCO -1.8%) and upgraded Emulex (EMLX -0.4%).
