Morning, Joan,

I am trying to use the Yahoo message board as an indicator on USU.

What I find is:

(1) An increasing number of sensible comments

(2) perhaps too much optimism, on the whole

As we see, it did not jump to 11 on the opening, but last I looked it was strong.

I can't decide how important this "announcement" will be. Probably all that will occur is that Bush will announce the terms of the new arms agreement.

Maybe I will unload some.
