Which view is right? I am hearing two different views concerning the internet market segment that NETM is a part of. On the one hand there is the view that companies like FTP and Netmanage may be toast because of the reliance on revenue from TCP/IP stacks that Microsoft is offering or is going to offer very cheap in Win 95 and Win NT. This may cut off a major source of revenue for Netmanage in the future. On the other hand there is the argument that Netmanage is not going to be hurt by the built in TCP/IP stacks and that Netmanage will succeed in the corporate "intranet" market and the recent agreement with Microsoft to license their technology is proof. Which is the right view?
