I was so offended by Westley's screed in mises.org that I emailed him with complaints about his mis-representation of facts. He was kind enough to reply and we've had a bit of a logomachy going. Hard to say who is coming out on top. <g>

Judging by the results so far at the Andersen trial in Houston, Westley's prism on reality seems to play well in judicial circles, as well as in the CEO's office.

I'm becoming discouraged about the ability of the American jurisprudence system to deal honestly with the scoundrels at Andersen. They are simply too slick for honest folks.
