DJ: When Goldman wrote the puts they must have done a good analysis on where Dell is headed. The derivative market is a very savvy market. The Dell CFO must have been an amateur to sign on such a contract without adequately protecting the stockholders.
Just focus on one thing and tell why Dell had to dip into our money (SE) for a gamble.
