| LOL! True Charles... I remember paying nearly $10K for a machine that would not be able to load Windows today. If it were given to a kid they would trash it as it would not have enough memory to play a game,,, and it was not very long ago either,,,LOL. The recent price war and cheap DRAM saw many upgrade to processors of 1G or MORE and up to 80 gig HDs. LOL! I know I did--- P4 is nice but not needed for a couple more years maybe,,, and how long to fill even 20 gig? BUT it was relatively inexpensive--- I got a MicronPC... Now 3 boxes are networked in my office and one on another floor,,, there really is a need,,,,,, NOT! |
