I must admit I don't know a huge cross-section of teens. But none of the ones I know have the latest and greatest gaming machines. Their parents mostly won't pay for them, and they don't have the money themselves. Most of the serious gaming machines I have seen are owned by single guys in their 20s to early 30s who have incomes of their own and can afford to skip on other expenses in order to have better gaming capabilities.
