Permit are often taken out by the contractors. Also, until a co wants it's plans public, contracts (offers, leases etc) can be in another name ie. "BF Law firm, or assignee". Often a lmtd partnership is set up for this purpose, with a name like 123 Building Co. and looking up the rep for the parnership will give you the name of some atty. The fact that they allowed the arch. firm to use their name (I assume it was w/ permission) shows that it's probably a real deal, and positive in that they're moving forward, spending money, etc

BTW, what are all you people doing sitting in front of a cumputer on a beautiful Saturday morning. If your done w/Barron's you should be out enjoying yourself. Or even playing golf.
