Dear clypso:

I read about that girl in our local paper and it just made me sick. I just cannot imagine the pain and turmoil that she and her family are going through. I know God can turn anything around if we place out faith and trust in Him but this is seemingly so devastating that any reasonable person would have to doubt and dispair. It is beyond comprehension.

I have a prayer thread on this site and all I can say is that even for me the tendency is to say what's the use.

She lost her hands and legs// that is what the church the body of Christ is supposed to be. The manifestation of God on the earth/ His body. His hands. His feet.

She can be fitted with prostetic hands and feet. She can make it . She can go on and be a productive member of society. Still.

All I pray is that she not give up///// she can still do OK as long as she does that...or any of us for that matter..
