Re: After reading your fantasy post, one would think Intel's GM's are declining Well, you may not have addressed any of the issues I brought up, but you certainly had a more reasonable reply than windsock! AMD certainly isn't a sure thing, and Intel's current clock speeds give them some marketing advantages. But AMD has a strong business plan that seems to be appropriate for this decade's market conditions. Intel's business plan seems rooted in the conviction that the roaring market for 32 bit CPUs, that we had in the late 90s, will return and then go on forever.
