BAY made the right move. PAAS is overpriced and was able to use their stock as currency to pay liberally for this. I'm hoping this swap activity really picks up going forward as there are signs the prices to be paid are skyrocketing. There will be big rewards to those who are on the receiving end of this activity. For instance Golden Star should use it's overpriced stock off the GATA touts to swap for Birim. Makes total sense for both companies.
