Time to climb on the pulpit with Birim: open letter to Denis Simoneau: Denis, We continue to see the mid tiers use their overpriced stock currency to effect very nice premium takeovers of precious metals juniors. Shareholders in these receiving names are being richly rewarded. We saw Glamis do it with Francisco, and this morning we see Pan American do it with Corner Bay. The tide is in, and as a Birim shareholder I wonder why you are not doing the same for us with a company like Golden Star? GSR has had the good fortune of having it's currency lifted because of columns like Tom Calandra who has been quoting GATA's Bill Murphy touts of this company. marketwatch.com Clearly GSR is now in a position to lift Birim into the "land of the living" so that all of us can realize some of the value that has been trapped in our company. Indeed the combined companies offer considerable synergy, and mutual benefit. As a large shareholder in Birim I call on you to take advantage of strong market conditions and act.
