In terms of upgrades, there is alot of upside potential. (Over half of the PC's sold last year were upgrades). More importantly, CPQ has defined their strategic aim as "becoming the IBM for the 21st century." That means a focus on ALL areas of enterprise computing, from the desktop to the mainframe. THAT'S the potential they (and we) should see IMHO. HL
