no need to worry; war is not a "breaking news event" from Briefing: 10:20AM India/Pakistan close to war : MSNBC reports that India and Pakistan are "very close" to war, citing Pakistan's ambassador to Britain. The statement was made to BBC following the killing of a separatist Kashmiri leader during a memorial rally Tuesday. This is not a breaking news event, as the story has been in the market since before the open of trading today, but may be weighing on the market.
