Dave Calkins, CEO of Pacel Corp., stated, "This PEO was identified in partnership with our acquisition consultants, NeoTactix. Together, we have accelerated our acquisition program and are on track to achieve dramatic top- and bottom-line improvements this year. Pacel intends to acquire a second PEO within the coming weeks. These two acquisitions would bring combined revenues of $150 million to Pacel in 2002."
