McKinney's existence in the House represents a general lack of leadership on both the state and federal level, and is also a clear indicator on modern liberal racism. Her ignorant and and brainwashed anti-American constituents have been giftwrapped into a back-of-the-bus Black Caucus district so that they will not have to be educated and led by the surrounding House members, who might otherwise need their votes. Such districting shows the result of 'bi-partisanship' at its slimiest. The Republicans of the past have foolishly given up on the black vote, and want to isolate it in a limited number of districts. The Democrats, OTOH, need plantations, down on which they can keep their enslaved black vote, and guarantee those safe seats through any political environment.

The current movement to dump McKinney in her district-because of the embarrassment over her treason-will not succeed. But it could be used as a test to see how much of the racist left of the black community can be coaxed back into being Americans once more...
