Agreed on trading HPQ. I had a nice trade going into the merger. Paired trade, Short HWP, long LXK and DELL. Worked out well. (And must give the credit for the idea to Doug Kass of Seabreeze Partners.)

Still, have not held the stock for three years. Still interested in it and others in the sector, and still will ask provocative questions to keep my information current. If that pisses off the cheerleaders who think HPQ management can do no wrong, and that the PC market can see nothing but growth, then so be it.

Currently don't see ANY good investments in the whole sector, just occasional trading opportunities.
