WCOM/MCIT: -Lets try some math
1 MCIT will equal 1.3594 WCOM
MCIT closed today at 2.05, WCOM at 1.42
one MCIT share still gets .60 dividend. so 1 share of MCIT = 2.05 - .60 = 1.45.

1.3594 x 1.42 (1 WCOM share) = 1.93
hmm.
of course, ah prices not factored in. market is efficient. but looks to me that buying MCIT here, getting the divident, getting the premium is a very interesting play, especially since this move should improve the outlook for WCOM. OTOH, WCOM still has significant bk risk. so...... larry
